Brent Klinzing: Allstate Insurance

My experience with Allstate has been noting short of excellence. The agents I work with are always helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and understanding. They’re always just a phone call away. The saying you’re in good hands with Allstate is definitely a moto this company sticks by. Thank you so much to Suzie and Brent.

I literally JUST got off the phone with Brent. I don’t really leave reviews or give 5 stars at that but from the first conversation alone, it is well deserved. Super easy to talk to, prompt, professional, and ACTUALLY picked up the phone. Didn’t once give me a run-around and provided me with legitimate answers. Very glad I called his office! The initial conversation tells you a lot about someone and how they handle their business; I 100% trust Brent with my policy.

After a comparison of rates, Allstate is one of the more expensive companies. I’ve been paying a higher premium for YEARS than I needed to be paying. My former agent rarely consulted me and when I needed to discuss my policies I spoke to the office staff - not with the agent directly. That agent retired - unbeknownst to me - and I was reassigned to a new agent… who is wonderful. Willing to work with me and explain the policies and help me find ways to lower my premiums while still having great coverage. I admit I was starting to shop around for a different insurance company but with the adjustments suggested by my agent the costs are more in line with the other quotes I received.

When you call the Brent Klinzing Allstate Insurance office, the phone is answered by Suzy. No matter what you are calling about, it seems she is able to reassure and help you. When I email the office I receive swift and helpful responses. It is reassuring to know that I really am in "good hands".

This is a great agency! Brent and Suzy are wonderful to work with. They answered all my questions and my insurance premium went down by quite a bit from my last insurance company. I would highly recommend them!
