This place has been my insurance office now for over 10 years. I have been so happy with my service there. Kate and Carrie go above and beyond for their clients. I have unfortunately experienced both a flood and a fire a both times I had so much support from this agency. I recently had to help my mother with a different agency in the area and when my mom had a claim they would not do anything to help my mother. They told her to contact her insurance provider via phone. While I also had to do that with my claims Kate kept in contact with me daily to make sure everything was going well with my claim. Great place to do business with. 24/7 service response. The quote on my car and house is much lower than any competing company. Have been a customer for 39 years. Cannot say enough about how cooperative the office staff is. A shout out to Kate Moore for the great job she does.
