I called Rita for a quote for homeowner's insurance. She wasn't able to offer a policy for my house because homeowner's insurance in California is kind of difficult right now. Not many insurance companies are willing to write policies currently. I had already been told "no" by several other insurance agencies. However, she didn't just say "sorry" and hang up. Instead, she spent time and offered advice on the best places to look and some pitfalls to look out for. It was great advice. I now have a policy from a solid company that's $1600/year less that the lowest quote I got before talking to her. Wow!
