Vanessa has been a pleasure to work with as we had to navigate two unfortunate no-fault claims. She clearly explained options to us, was transparent in her approach and coordinated internally with State Farm claim teams on our behalf to ensure accuracy. I can’t say enough good things about Vanessa Harris! I called with an unusual insurance issue that even State Farm corporate couldn’t resolve, and I was worried I’d be stuck getting the run-around. Vanessa stepped up and was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was kind, courteous, and funny, making the whole process incredibly easy. I know nothing negative about Lisa, and she has in fact been very nice and helpful since I started with their office a couple years ago for a car and home insurance. It was not easy, with a new car, and selling an old house, and dealing with a new one, in the world where too many of us get frustrated too easily because we are expected to use automated systems, But I mainly write about Lisa’s assistant, Vanessa, who is a breath of fresh air as a lively, intelligent, friendly, helpful person who radiates the fact that she wants to help you, and concisely offers several ways that you can actually understand. She is indeed a delight to work with, and never seems to mind the time I take, and if she treats everyone like she treats me, Lisa could have hundreds of clients who would all be treated

I've been having the best experiences with Vanessa. My husband and I left California September to Olympia Washington. We're on a extended vacation for my husband's health. State Farm took good care of us. Vanessa was so patient understanding we were coming back to California. Needed to make sure my insurance was good here and knowing it was OK to be out of state for and extended time and still be covered. I kept in contact letting them know what's up and Vanessa was always interested with all that's going on. Thank you for always making us feel like family. And also for having such amazing young lady.
