"I love my insurance agent!" said no one ever. Until now. Tony inherited my account when my original Farmers agent retired. He was awesome and super friendly. Cool. When I bought a new place, this was when Tony truly shined. Because of something the previous owners did, we were at risk of not being able to close. Tony pulled out all the stops to make sure we could close. Unbeknownst to me, he pulled in pretty much everyone at Farmers, including his boss, to get the underwriter to approve my new home....ALL THE WAY FROM HALFWAY AROUND THE WORLD BECAUSE HE WAS AT A FAMILY MEMBERS FUNERAL!!! And on top of it, he figured out ways to get me a sweet sweet discount. Amazing communication, fantastic customer service, Tony is like my brother, but better (don't tell my brother I said that).

We had a very disappointing experience with Tony. We felt there were unethical aspects in how our situation was handled, and we were not treated with the professionalism or respect we expected. Based on our experience, we would not work with this agent again.
