Trevor Lam - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've always appreciated the service I receive from Trevor Lam's State Farm agency. Last week I had a pretty confusing question, and they setup an appointment with me to speak to an agent today. I had a nice call with Tremaine Freese and he explained everything. I think the best part was that he sent a follow-up email after our call, highlighting the important changes that were taking place on my account and with my policies. In a day and age when you get so many emails and are always trying to find documentation, I appreciate this approach as it saves me a step in my note taking.

Im going to start off by saying Shawn, Trevor and Anissa are amazing. They definitely earned a life long customer!!! So I originally called just asking for a quote and ended up getting all my cars/trucks and even a motorcycle insured through them !! I didn’t know they did classic car insurance and they informed me that they do it and I know a lot of insurance companies don’t pick up old cars well it’s nice to know that they have my back no matter what.
