United Concordia Co Inc

Unfortunately, I join the others who have rated United Concordia in the negative. I've worked for the state since the late 90s, and I just don't understand why we have to pay for these premiums and get very little options for care and treatment. They only cover your dependents for orthodontic care. Once you've had your 27th birthday, your dental health is no longer important. Other than cleanings, I have to come out of pocket with no less than $200 depending on the situation...so I definitely question the value of having this insurance. Now I NEED orthodontic care...it's necessary for the health of my teeth and mouth, and United Concordia didn't come through AT ALL. I have to pay completely out of pocket with over $5,000. Thanks United Concordia...Thanks a bunch.

I was just at the dentist today and I paid out of pocket over one hundred dollars for just a cleaning and X-rays. Now my next visit will cost over 200 dollars for a deep clean and I'm retired and a veteran . My waw wallet is hurting.

I've been paying hundreds of dollars for dental insurance but I was forced to pay my entire dental bills 3 times. They didn't pay even a single penny. Worst service ever you can fall prey.

I am a Baltimore City Government retiree, and the fact that they chose this horrible company is an indictment on how retirees are thought of!
