Vile, evil company. Moved to a new state and had an "electronic" title. Needed a form and a copy of the title sent. They did, but during that time they requested a paper copy and that generated a NEW title. I have a car that I cannot register as I can't get the copy of the title. Been dealing with this for 6 weeks now. They will lie, send you info that they know is outdated/incorrect, transfer you to random departments, disconnect the call, you name it. Title management is literally their whole business model and they don't seem to know how to actually DO it.

This company is evil incarnate. They waited over a month to respond to a title request, and only after repeated calls and hours on the phone did they even intimate what might be the cause of the slow down. They do not care about the customer in any way shape or form. I am baffled as to why they are still in business.

This company refuses to return any form of communication in a timely manner. I emailed them a month ago to transfer my auto title to a new state and am still waiting for them to send it. I have had only sporadic and unhelpful replies to email and have only been able to get through by phone once. The one time I was able to talk to someone on the phone, I was told to call again the next week. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with.

If I was in the position to decide where I was doing business she alone would be the reason it would be with this company.

If I could give negative stars... GM Financial needs to find another third party title company. This company is a joke. First, Relocation Request Form from Ohio to Georgia. The PDP faxes a title to state that requires paper (they should know their job), THEN after another form is sent and another 4 weeks, THEY SEND A CALIFORNIA TITLE THAT DOESN'T BELONG to the van, doesn't match the VIN or the name. They send someone else's title to Georgia! We've requested fedex overnight, we're told they would. That was last Wednesday and today was Monday and STILL NO TITLE. GM Financial, please stop using this company!!!!
