We use this company for Flexible Spending Account. Their service is most restrictive when it comes to this program. No other company who have administered a FSA program benefit for me in the past 20 years have gone through the amount of sham that they use to just deny you getting to use your FSA funds. Example, I signed up for $1200 for the year which get taken out of my paycheck every month at $100. Now I need new eye exam and glasses, and I go to an optical store. I use the FSA card to pay for the exam and eye glasses. I send the receipt to Crawford Advisors. But no, thats not good enough. Claims is denied because of insufficient documentation. Must also send your personal prescription. Ok I send that. Again denied. Must also send Insurance Explanation of Benefits! Cant get
