PSA used to be amazing, now they’re unresponsive and grossly overpriced. We were overpaying over $8000 a year!
Do not do business with this company. My agent is no longer there - for the 2nd time now in about 5 years. I received a return email directing me to another person. I was directed to James Shelton. Who come to find out is a manager. Never heard back from James. I phones 3 more times leaving messages for Rachel - no return call. If the manager doesn't return calls/emails why would anyone treat customers any different?
We rented this space for an industry event. The space was large enough to easily accommodate our 100 person group, was very clean and had a great view on the balcony. We did home to come inside before the end of the event for a noise curfew.
Absolute rip off. They were dishonest with me. I was a customer for years.
