Thomas reached out to me because he had provided me a quote a year or two ago and was unable to strike a bargain. Apparently he found insurance that would meet my needs and be at a price I could afford and was quick to send me an text and emails asking if I was interested. It was nice having someone trying to set you up in a better than you already have position.
