Talked to Tracy on the phone. She was super obnoxious and rude. Completely unprofessional and totally clueless about rules and regulations. Had no idea of what the facts were in the situation and provided misleading information. Wont recommend this place at all. They were absolutely wrong and had to pay for the damages in the end.
