**UPDATE** The reply from the owner is absolute BS. 11 years I had one small claim for $3600. The policy literally says "Currently waived." Accident Date Description 03/13/2025 At-fault accident $3,000 or more (Currently Waived). Apart from that both wife and I have 800 credit scores and never missed a payment. Oh and the presence of young drivers? Yeah, that's BS too. They didn't even add my son when I asked them to, plus all of these ridiculous increases came months before he turned 16. Worst insurance agency ever. Ripped off for so much money on ridiculous premiums. Never provided the an actual amount for the new car purchased and rate was double the car it replaced with no added value. Didn't add son to policy when said he was. Charged $6000 for 6 months. Michelle Russell, the agent assigned to me, did a fantastic job of providing quotes for homeowners insurance. She pulled everything together very quickly and was excellent to deal with in every respect. Her follow up was also great. I interacted with several other companies during my search and none of them matched the service (and the price, through Farm Bureau) that Michelle provided. She also told me honestly that she couldn't get close to matching my auto insurance and I appreciated that honesty. I usually get my insurance online, but Michelle's service has changed my mind.
