I would Strongly advise against using this company!!! They are I'll equipped to assist or advise in any area of the insurance industry except the part involving sales and their ongoing commissions. They absolutely fail to rise to the needs of their clients when most needed- and I have been a Long time customer! The change of management may be to blame or just the first time really needing anything from them, but they have FAILED to rise to my need!

It's impossible to get on the phone with anyone here. The automated directory takes you in circles with no way to leave a message. I've had my auto policy on automatic payment for years and when there was an issue with the payment (which I was unaware of), no one reached out. Instead, I got a cancellation notice in the mail from AAA corporate. Gee, an email would be nice. A phone call would be fantastic. Or at least answer when I call. For this level of service, you might as well just skip the insurance "advisor" and get an online policy. Also, you can tell by the wording that many of these 5-star reviews are paid for or created internally.

I’ve been a customer of Insurance Advisors for 10+ years and I’ve never been disappointed. They take the task of understanding your needs and finding the best insurance (auto, home, flood, etc.) that works for you. The frustrations/time spent of shopping around on your own for insurance are completely eliminated by going through Insurance Advisors. They are connected with a network of vendors and will always do their best at the initial stage and on a continuous basis to support your needs. I also wanted to give a big shout out to their customer service. Everyone I’ve worked with is exceptional. They are professional, patient, committed, and incredibly responsive. Heather Duggins always goes far and beyond what is expected of her. She has fast and clear communication either be it, phone or email. Always educates and advocates for her clients. I have always have the best experience working with Heather and Insurance Advisors. Julie Green also has been fantastic, who I originally was referred too, gosh years ago from a fellow friend I met through College. Julie always took phenomenal care of my insurance needs. I won't go anywhere, they always have your best interests first and foremost when they're working.

I have been with Insurance Advisors for a number of years now, and have been very satisfied with the service, as an agency. The insurance company itself leaves a bit to be desired, when we had our fire, but the agency itself has been wonderful. Samantha Yono, Laura Jahn, and the crew are fantastic!!
