Vickie from Old Bay Insurance was excellent. We are an out of town purchaser of a property, and were not familiar with the Maryland rules. Vickie promptly and courteously answered my questions, and came up with a quote that met out expectations. Highly recommended.

I am a new customer for the following reasons. prompt response and service, the only insurance agency out of about a half dozen that answered my call promptly. worked hard to solve an underwriting challenge - waterfront property with possible need for new roof. even referred me to a contractor. Most of the big companies and online agencies simply refused to insure the property, including one that has insured us for about 30 years. we have a claims free history as homeowners. worked with the insurance company to allow time for roof replacement and with me to set desirable level of deductible.

I had a horrible experience with tri county- specifically Jessica and Nick. I called and asked for an evaluation of my policies to potentially save money and never received a phone call back. I waited three weeks and eventually called back to cancel my policies. I was met with nothing but attitude from Jessica and blank documents from Nick. Extremely unprofessional to deal with and I’m disappointed that my retired insurance agent sold the business to them.

Had a fire on May 29, 2025. We have Foremost Insurance, and the customer service was outstanding! So glad they are so professional!
