About 3 weeks ago I inquired about a commercial policy and they asked for a copy of my current policy so they can quote me appropriately. No one got back to me. I ended up emailing them this morning to ask for an update and the response I got was that they don’t have a market for me. If that’s the case then why didn’t they at least give me the courtesy to let me know. I found that response to be very unprofessional.

I have my insurance with them for years and never had a problem, but I never really needed to use them for much. So when I got married and had to combine insurance with my husband I also had to switch because we have what is considered a "dangerous dog", so we switched to State Farm. I left four messages for them to call me back to cancel my policies and not one time did anyone ever call me back. Trying to get hold of them is near impossible. I ended up actually calling the insurance company itself to cancel, in which they attempted to call the agency and of course nobody ever answered. Great service :/

I went to N.M Tripp and connected with Javan, and I do not regret that decision one bit. Not only was I able to save money, but the responsiveness to my questions, and the helpfulness when determining whether I should file a claim have been top notch! Would highly recommend.

called several weeks ago, said they'd call me back, didn't. Called back a week later, and they said they were working on my quote....? All I'd left was my name and number! Left the rest of my information and what quote I was requesting. No response. I'd say don't waste your time calling. Insurance is mostly a scam to start with, and they dont even want to return your call to take your money

Switched my personal and business insurances over due to increased need for higher coverage amounts. Responsive and timely. Didn't write me a cookie cutter policy that won't cover me in time of need.
