I wish there were a 6 star option but alas, there is not… We’ve been using Hometown Insurance for 3-4 years now after switching from a long-time broker who only represented a single insurance company, and the difference has been night and day. Hometown works with multiple top-rated carriers and actually shops our home and auto insurance every year to make sure we’re getting the best coverage at the best price. They answered all my questions over the phone and followed up with an email promptly after our call with all of the paperwork I would need.
