Farmers Insurance - Ken Boncela

Ken Boncela has been my insurance man since I got my first car and when I rented my first apartment. He has since then helped me to insure my home, my husband's car, and of course, life insurance. Ken Boncela is thorough and helpful and always guides me to make the right decisions. He also made the situation much easier when I was the victim of a hit and run accident. Any time I need him, he's right there! WE ARE FARMERS!

Ken has been our insurance agent for a long time handling auto, home, and umbrella policies. We are very satisfied with the personal service that he offers. During an insurance review, Ken suggested that we add Identity Theft protection. We are extremely glad he did. Our identity was subsequently stolen. We had attacks on our bank accounts and a loan was taken out in our name. Thanks to the Identity Theft service we quickly shut down the attack and recovered our losses. Again, we appreciated the Ken's suggestion and concern.

Ken could use a lesson or two in being a decent human’ he does excel at internet bullying though.
