Michael carefully reviewed my needs, stayed within my monthly budget and delivered excellent auto coverage. Clear communication and honest advice were greatly appreciated.

The underwriters are absolute crooks. After I moved to Maine and transferred my policy, they tried to jack up my premium by $2,600 — all because I had three glass claims in the 2 year. No accidents, just cracked windshields. If I knew my insurance would increase I would have paid the $1,00 myself. They claimed I lost my “good driver” points, which is ridiculous. They lure you in with a low rate, then slowly and sneakily raise it. This company is dishonest. Customer service reps are nice, but that doesn’t make up for shady business practices. Don’t trust them.

Need a 0 star option!!! Horrendous experience with this company!!! My husband and are new home buyers, we purchased in May 2025, my premium was affordable and I thought things were great. By July they threatened to cancel us due to 3 small repairs needed on our garage (remove trees near by, block off 2nd floor door, and repair dry rotted trim), they gave us 10 days to make repairs BUT they sent back the remainder of our premium before the cancellation effective date. I am thankful we found coverage elsewhere and I was able to cancel BOTH my auto and home policies before they could cancel us. I will make it my mission to ensure no one I know uses Travelers Insurance!!!

This is a pretty horrible insurance service. I’m sure they’re all bad but after my experience with this provider I would never go back. I had a fender bender over a month ago, no major damages to my car. I first had to pay for towing out of pocket and get runaround from my agent when it came time to have my car repaired. Accident was on 04/26/2022, today is 05/31/2022 and the collision center is telling me my car still won’t be available for another week, while my rental car coverage by insurance company has passed its limit.
