Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield: Olsen Kristin

This company has repeatedly cheated me out of four figures worth of money. I have sent in the same edited claim four times in the last year with help from my provider, and last time with the help of an Anthem representative, and it keeps getting denied for very simple reasons that they have previously said were acceptable. Over the past year, every time I call in I get contradictory information. As someone who had just given birth and was stressed out enough, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences. For the record, this claim was for the birth of my second child and my first child's claim was not easy either but we were able to sort things out and get our reimbursement in a few months. I cannot overstate how horrible this company. Do better!
