Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I am financing a vehicle. I was injured in a hit and run accident. I was fully insured including non-insured motorist coverage. They never found the other driver. Progressive closed my claim and did not pay for any damages, leaving me to pay out of pocket to make the vehicle drivable again. Luckily, my health insurance is covered my medical care. I know that Progressive has broken the law but I can't find an attorney to help.

I've just spent 1 hour 45 minutes on the phone with a representative from Progressive in order to get quotes to insure two homes. I was finished giving all the information for the first home and nearly finished with the 2nd home, when the call dropped. The representative never called me back. After 45 min on the phone with the second call, I learn that the company won't insure the home for what it cost to replace it! It would insure for less than half of this amount. Another 45 min wasted. I'll stick with the insurance company I've been with for 34 years. What a good lesson.

Terrible service the will double charge your account and make you wait a month for it to go back in and almost 2x more expensive than the competition

Terrible customer service. Spent weeks and weeks just trying to get the scheduled adjuster out after having the appointment scheduled and dropping our vehicle off. We called the agents supervisor and left messages daily for weeks with no call backs. Absolutely terrible. The rental upgrade took weeks as well. The agent kept saying everything was in place but when we spoke with the body shop and the rental agency the agent had never actually called.

This company is been with for over 5 years even though they say only 3 years so in this time frame they allowed my daughter 19 to put herself under my policy without notice and now my son who i referred had to make a claim and they want to take 2 plus weeks just till they look at the vehicle like the payments just stop we don't get to pick when or if we want to pay a bill so why should they I myself will be going back to geico
