i had been a customer of Travelers with Homeowners Insurance for over 20+ years. I contacted and asked for a proof of insurance letter so I could send it to a loan officer for home improvement loan. 3 days later I got a letter from Travelers cancelling my insurance stating my roof need major repair and I had debris (fire barrel and tractor attachments) on the property. They did not offer me a time to repair they just said they were not going to renew it. That's how you treat long term Senior Citizens.
Unprofessional agents need to be fired. They cancel my policy before the whole year….
