I have to give credit where credit is due. The team here at Dakota Andrews agency is top notch. I recently had the pleasure of working with James and Natalie. Couldn’t have asked for better service and a more pleasurable experience. My schedule is very hectic, they were very understanding and worked with me fully to get my transaction done. I will recommend their services to anyone looking for insurance. You guys are definitely exceptional at customer service with a small town feel.

I just transferred my policy to Dakota Andrews's agency because of a lot of issues with the other agency. I felt the difference when I talked to Natalie for the first time. She made me feel comfortable to share all my issues. She is an amazing personality with skills and professionalism. She already started taking care of my issues. The experience I had with this company was absolutely fantastic! I have been searching for an insurance company that could offer me car insurance cheaper for me and my son who would be a first time driver than I was looking to pay at Geico which was absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn’t of been able to afford. Mrs. Natalie went above and beyond to assist me. No other agency has done that for me. She was super nice, helpful and supportive to my situation. I doubted anyone could help me after years of trying to find something and was just feeling defeated while Geico continued to rob me. The rate she came with left me in shock and had me overjoyed.
