Brown Insurance Group

After being a Nationwide auto insurance customer since the 1970s I realized that I was paying too much. Called for a month only to be told " we will return your call " . Never happened, after finding another provider and canceling the policy with Brown they're still trying to bleed senior citizen on fixed income out of money. Run ,don't not walk from these people 😒

Sandi has taken care of my insurance for I think over 20 years! She is absolutely amazing! I literally never have to think about anything for insurance, because she just takes care of it all. When I bought my first home, I realized that I needed to update the address on my completely separate car policy, and it turned out she had already done it for me! I literally have never bothered to shop my insurance because I know from hearing stories from friends that I would not find anyone in this area with better service. I truly cannot imagine anything she could do to get a higher recommendation from me, other than maybe if my insurance could be free 😂. Truly, Sandi is the kindest, best agent around, who truly cares about her customers (and their dogs, in my case 😊).

Good morning and what nice weather 10/25/22. It is such a pleasure currently when someone in the Service Industry maintains their professionalism and goes beyond the call of duty without being asked. Leigh Dillard fits this bill as I had a windshield issue 10/24/22 after just having the windshield replaced ten days past. I was told by the replacement company at 3:00; Well our agent is done for the day and he will call you tomorrow at 9:00 to possibly work you into his two hour window. This was after the individual mentioned that Thursday 10/27/22 might work for them Interesting as I like, I am sure Leigh carry work home every night till at least 7 and field calls most of the time. Without going further Leigh made a few calls and had the repair gentleman at my residence by 4:30 10/24/22.

I love Brown insurance group as a service. It was urgent that I locate their office building for documents but unable to find the office. We kept calling but unfortunately no answer.

Sandi was amazing to work with. She walked me through every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable with the auto and renter’s insurance policies I chose. I also received great value and she was able to decrease what I was paying before for auto insurance. Definitely recommend Brown Insurance Group!
