Gianna is the BEST!! I had reached out to several other insurance agency's with no success. By the time i got to Gianna, she was a breath of fresh air. She is knowledgeable, friendly and most important, patient. She showed that Customer Service is NOT dead. I certainly hope the rest of this office is the same and if so ill happily give them my money!!

Both Agents, Gianna & Lashawn, were great with supporting me. I am appreciative of their patience and time to assist me with my account. My tasks of business were handled with professionalism, team work, and reassurance they were happy to assist. I think they went over and behind for me as a customer, even if my tasks were small and were completed within 30 minutes. I felt like a valued customer and I cannot thank them enough.
