I was in an accident with a newer car that I had just gotten a loan on and the whole process/way I was treated was awful. It took them forever to return my calls and they did not want to help me or answer my questions. The only thing they were interested in was totalling out my new car instead of getting it repaired. They did not get back with me on any information in a timely manner and strung me along. I was treated like a nuisance not like a customer which is not what you need after the trauma of a car accident. They simply did not care and didn't want to help. Even if you get a cheaper quote don't recommend.

I wanna start by I really wanna give this agent’s office One star, but I only gave it to you because of the team member that has been trying to help me resolve my situation. I have been with this agent for two almost 3 years. I have two vehicles and I also get my home insurance through them for the last 2 to 3 years I’ve paid around $300. I recently moved and updated my home insurance with an agent over the phone. I even got a new car my second vehicle and added that insurance over the phone giving all my updated information. Recently they charged me double what I was paying normally because they took off my discounts for their own mistake! I hold a cdl, and I have no tickets or at fault accidents. I was paying $415 per month for just me and two cars (one that is fully paid for and 13 years old). Trying to contact someone is difficult. The initial agent, who signed me up a year and a half ago, was great, at first. But, after I signed up, I couldn’t get ahold of him. I dealt with someone else in the agency, Jordan Brumbalow, and he was attentive and helpful, but it’s been a long time since I’ve heard from him. I’m guessing he’s not at the company? Yesterday, I tried calling to add my newly licensed daughter and to talk about rate changes, no one answered. I ended up emailing….again no answer. So, I went with a different insurance company.
