I never thought I would write a review of an insurance company as I have had numerous bad experiences over the years in my life but my last 7 years working with Clay at Matt Cresaps' State Farm Agency has been nothing but awesome. I use them for my kids' college renters insurance and their car insurance and the quick response I get when an issue arises in amazing. Unfortunately, both of my kids have had car accidents and the reaction time from Clay and other team members, made what could have been a stressful situation...very manageable and easy to deal with.
