Over the years, I have had a favorable experience with MissionSafe. But recently my experience was unprecedented. I had some issues I needed to address and was working with Stacy Williams. Stay did not know me and therefore treated me like any other client. To say that she was responsive and diligent is to completely understate her attention. She typically responded to my emails within 15-30 minutes. She was flexible and helped me to get the insurance product that best suited our needs at a very affordable price. At certain times, Stacy was on vacation and still saw my emails and responded immediately. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received with a recent issue. The Mission Safe representative, Heather, handled my concerns and questions professionally and confidently. I was told that she would follow up with me after my initial contact and she did! I will be insured by Mission Safe on next International trip without any doubts.

Just wanted to share briefly how MissionSafe helped us get a claim issue resolved. Some unforeseen circumstances happened with the insurance company that put the processing of claims way behind. Every time we called each person that we spoke with was very responsive and understanding of our concerns. They did everything they could to speed the process up and for that we are very grateful. There were 2 specific individuals that helped us greatly and they were Heather Harbold and Bill Pope. You are very blessed to have these 2 folks on your staff. MissionSafe has great coverage options (good coverage and good variety) and are wonderful to work with. My experience is with Stacy - she responds very quickly, is knowledgeable and helpful...and gracious when my questions and requests are last minutes/time sensitive!
