I currently have insurance through one of Needham's providers. I called to see if there was a better option. While there was an option that might have been slightly better, there was not enough benefit for the premium increase, Bill advised me to stay where I was at. While selling a new policy generates more revenue for the company, Bill took the respectable road and advised I keep my current policy. That honesty is hard to find today. Also, when all other companies failed at setting me up with homeowners insurance, they were able to help.
