I miss Mrs. Betty!!!!😘😘 She was very nice. I hate she left. But at the same time, I will tell anyone Todd Mitchell Statefarm is a great place to get insurance.
The price is going up, and beware- if you use the roadside assistance you pay for more than once in a year, they’ll take roadside off of your insurance!
Nice people good even helped with discounts even called 3 days later to see if they could get me more discounts
Worst insurance agent. VERY unprofessional. RUDE & ARROGANT. Couldn’t explain why rate went up a hundred dollars and was an a**hole.
Been with Todd for over 25 years. Very friendly, professional and caring.
