If you’re looking for car insurance just go somewhere else because this place charges an arm and a leg for stupid fees ! The insurance isn’t bad but what makes it expensive is the extra fee’s! Currently looking for new insurance.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. We have had our auto and home insurance with them for over 16 years. I refer everyone to them when they complain about how much they are paying in insurance. Every time I’ve called, I receive the best customer service. I’m not sure if Jackie is still there, but she was our agent to start with and she was just awesome! We now have Kyle, and he is so personable and kind. And they definitely are the most affordable. They have handled our auto and home claims fast and efficiently. I will never go to another company!

Kyle is an absolute pleasure to work with! He returns calls quickly and is willing to spend whatever time is needed to evaluate your situation and set you up with what you need. Most importantly, it is obvious he genuinely cares about helping you, and will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need at the most affordable price. Theses people are awful, I came in to make a payment, the lady in the front tells me my payment has went from 230 month to 460 month and I haven't driven the vehicle in about 4 to 5 months. GFB, YOU ARE A BIG RIPP OFF AND I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW IT.

I have been using Georgia farm Bureau from 2006 and I couldn't ask for a better company Bill at the Covington office he is like a brother from another mother this company let me feel like family they insure my car and my house the price was unbeatable
