We have had our entire portfolio of insurance (homeowners, autos, jewelry, umbrella, etc.) with Baxter and his team for many years. Always very impressed with their high level of service and incredible responsiveness. Madison has helped us with several issues/updates lately and always does a great job - she represents their firm and the State Farm brand exceptionally well. I am so happy to have found Baxter Bouchillon State Farm Office for my insurance need. The whole office was so very nice and helpful. They were very patient with me Because I am hard of hearing and very Poor vision. Mr. Bouchillon even took an hour out of his time in the office To help me set up the State Farm website. The ladies in the office were all very friendly and professional and caring. The atmosphere feels like home when you walk into the office. I am very pleased with the service that I get from this agency.

State farm has provided me with my homeowners, auto and umbrella insurance coverage for almost 50 years. I have been with the Baxter Bouchillon Agency for over 10 years, ever since my former agent retired. I have great service and personal care from various employees in Baxter's office but this time Marlin went above and beyond on following on a possible cancellation. Last week I called the office and talked to her about what i needed to do on cancelling my homeowners coverage on house I was finally selling the following Friday. I was told to just call when I closed which I forgot to do. So she calls me this week to ask if I had closed and if policy needed to be cancelled. that's service with a smile by the customer.
