I visited the local office a few months ago after I encouraged another family member to switch to State Farm. Heather was of great help then. Today I went back and Heather wasn’t there. Fortunately, she was available by phone and provided the same great service to me, helping me come back to State Farm after being away for a while. I recommend both Heather and State Farm…specifically the Ayanna Ford-Bogan location.

Kadesha was fantastic at everything throughout the entire process of switching my insurance to State Farm. She took the time to explain everything and even gave me important insight on things I didn't think about when it came to life insurance. This office is THE BOMB! They have great service KaDesha literally goes above and beyond! Although I could not get a policy due to background technicalities. KaDesha provided additional references. She also went over my coverage with me that I currently have with a different insurance provider and went over everything step by step which is something my current carrier didn’t even do. I have been with State Farm for a couple of years for my rental insurance the rate for car insurance was a little to high so an agent contacted me every 6 months to update the quote it was always a little higher than my current rate until this year Ms Heather contacted me with an awesome quote and it was right on time because my rate with my previous insurance was going up.
