Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with! Solange is very rude and unprofessional !!! She was speaking to me over the phone super rude and she has no work ethic! She does not send the appropriate information when she is supposed to ! Extremely Incompetent at that! This whole office is not helpful ! They do not help their clients when needed ! I would never recommend this business to anyone!!! I’m soooo disappointed! DONT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR INSURANCE! Don’t waste your time or money !!!

I have been with this company 4 years and I have had very bad experience with them. They have very slow service. It took 4 months after my accident to look at my car and make a decision on what to do and I had full coverage. I also went last month to register a new car and they took my money and it’s been 1 month and they haven’t done anything to help. So I decided to leave this company. Very slow and horrible service.

Never had any problems with them. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Never call you back, not very pleasant either. Take forever when they go to the registry as well
