After having Geico and Progressive as insurance companies, American Family is a breath of amazingness! Live people and the personalization would be worth paying a little more to me, but they have always been lower and when I come up for renewal and it raises even a few dollars I get a phone call letting me know that they are looking into the reason and making sure I have the best rate and plan.
