I don’t recommend this company for life insurance, or really any insurance. I called before the new year because I wasn’t able to pay my life insurance policy online like I have every year for the past 7 years. The receptionist couldn’t spell my name and didn’t even know to ask for a policy number to look up my agent or account. She sent me to the general voicemail and said I’d get a call back after the new year. I still haven’t received a call back. When you pay for insurance for years and depend on it for your family’s wellbeing (as the lovely sales pitch goes), you expect a phone call back and some knowledgeable assistance. You unfortunately will not get that here. Move along to a better place.

The Cass County Coalition of Chambers has used Stafford & Stafford Insurance for many many years. Holly Stark, our agent is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. No matter when we call with questions, she has the answers!! She does a yearly review of our policy to see if she can save us any money and we appreciate that service greatly!
