Craig Stewart - Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance

Farm Bureau quoted full coverage at $160 a month on a 2019 Honda Civic for my daughter, a customer with a clean driving record. The car was purchased. AFTER THE PURCHASE they revised it to $333 a month based on the same information they already had. We previously had a Kia Soul that someone attempted to steal, but failed. That was approx. A $1,500 payout. There was a wind shield of a rental that sustained a crack from a rock, probably like a $350 payout. As stated, Farm Bureau already knew these things & paid out on it. So now we have this Honda with a ABSOLUTELY REDICULUS INSURANCE PREMIUM THAT BALOONED ON US IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CAR WAS PURCHASED & INSURANCE PLACED INTO EFFECT! IT SEEMS FARM BUREAU ONLY WANTS OUR BUSINESS IF THEY CAN COMPLETELY RAKE US OVER THE COALS... NICE!

Lack of care for customers. Staff doesn't return calls in a timely manner. If they do return calls they forget what the customer needed help with. Lies about things that are discussed which charges their customers more money then what was agreed upon. So sad because people need reliable insurance agents.

Premiums are affordable. The office staff is friendly & knowledgeable. This office gives you that family feel, unlike what you get at large corporations or online insurance companies.

I was working with Moe pterodactyl on getting insurance here and boy was it a nightmare. I originally went there because I wanted to use someone with farm experience for my home insurance. Moe was persistent about trying to get my auto insurance which I did not use threw an agent. I explained why I was ok with the level of coverage I had. He claimed it would only be "a few dollars more" per vehicle so I let him put a quote together after we only spent like a hour talking about it. They got back with me and it was almost twice what I was currently paying and to just maintain the same level of coverage it was an extra $200 every six months. For some reason, he kept bringing it up and being very annoying and I finally had to tell him very firmly there was no chance I was just going to swap my

We’ve used Farm Bureau for years and they do a great job. Craig and all the office staff are very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend them.
