I really appreciate the help from the Agent Tim Reges especially his team member Logan. Answered all my questions and spoke to me in words I could understand. Most insurance companies I deal with it's all automated and robots, so I love having nice people that can walk me through the right steps to take and coverages to select. I would give this office 10 stars if it allowed me too. Thank you so much Logan and your whole office!!! Also, I didn't know they offered life insurance and supplemental Health policies at State Farm. Again, so glad I was able to speak with experienced insurance professionals.

Getting in touch with the Tim Reges State Farm Agency felt a bit like stepping out of a stress-fueled insurance nightmare and into a place where actual humans still exist. After getting quotes from other insurers that were so astronomically high I briefly contemplated selling my cars, joining a commune, and never dealing with premiums again, this team was an absolute revelation. Sarah is fantastic. Quick, thoughtful, courteous, helpful, and delightfully unflappable, she guided me through auto and renters coverage with the ease of someone who actually knows what she’s doing (a rarity, I’ve learned). She helped me find solid policies at a reasonable, sane price, and I was left wondering why every customer service interaction can’t feel this grounded. Five stars, obviously.

Called this State Farm office to see what kind of rate I could get as my previous insurance company went up over $300 from 2025. I spoke to Sarah. What a professional and polished girl at this office! She had terrific customer service skills and was such a joy to talk to. She saved me money on my policy and needless to say in under ten minutes my new policy was in effect. Sarah rocks!
