Paul Fulton - State Farm Insurance Agent

I recently moved and needed to acquire renters insurance. The young lady I spoke with had me a policy within minutes, and forwarded my policy information to the the property management and myself promptly. Yesterday, I needed to acquire car insurance, ana again I called, within minutes had a policy and documents sent to all the necessary persons. Professional and efficient staff. Thank you.

This guy has to be the worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. He lies and never gets back to you. He definitely shouldn’t be in the insurance business. And doesn’t even deserve one star

Horrible service. Doesn’t call back, didn’t call my grandmother back despite her calling and requesting him to multiple times, didn’t change my payment information like requested, didn’t reach out, dropped me for nonpayment after not updating payment information like requested. Altogether a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend Paul Fulton if he was the last agent on earth. Complaints get the same experience, they take the agents word for it and don’t give a single care about your experience or what actually happened.

Outstanding service! I had been with the same company for many years, but when rates went up and they closed all their local offices, and I could not talk to an agent it was time switch. Paul & his associates are very helpful and easy to talk to they'll work with you to try and get your payment where you need to be. They treat you like your family. A really nice atmosphere to get your insurance kickin. I've often thought about looking into other companies but they always pull through for you so I stay put.
