I absolutely love the service provided by Raisley Insurance. They have taken care of my insurance needs for years, I own multiple cars, a home and they always take the time to help guide me in the right direction when needed. To top it off, you call and they immediately answer, no menu, no automated service. Personal, professional and all around wonderful. I have referred many friends and will continue to do so.

For a few years I've been receiving monthly text messages regarding my auto insurance premiums. I'd review my monthly text message when doing my bills do know how much to deduct from my checking account because I have the auto deduct feature. July's text message didn't come through. When I phoned the Raisley office I was directed to the 'national' phone line. The national phone line wanted to route me back to the Raisley office. I phoned the Raisley office again. I got an earful about how 'corporate' was calling the shots and there was nothing to be done; however, the Raisley office eventually consented to look into the matter. They did. They got back to me...but it shouldn't be this hard or unpleasant.

I have been with Raisley for 5 years. They are very easy to work with. Whenever I need anything I just shoot them an email and I always get a response the same day.
