I have had a wonderful experience with the West Agency in my time of need after my father's death. They worked with an insurer on my behalf to obtain coverage for a 35 year old mobile home until I was able to sell the property. Jason West and his staff are such wonderful people, and I so appreciate what they did for me when I was grieving and worried about my father's home. They also canceled the policy for me when the time came to do so, another item off of my to-do list! I highly recommend this agency.

The West Agency has been a huge help. A section of my shingles blew off my house and The West Agency helped me through the claims process. So thankful to them for their time and excellent service. Also, I contacted them asking if I had enough house insurance since the price of houses significantly increased. They spent time going through everything with me to be sure I had enough insurance and also made sure I didn’t have too much as to be paying for more than was necessary. I found them helpful and honest.

We have unfortunately had to deal with a couple of car accidents in the last couple of years and Jason West has been incredibly caring and responsive in helping us deal with the details both on the day of the accidents and in the weeks following. When it comes to dealIng with paperwork, etc. Jason and his team always make these processes very streamlined and simple. I never have to worry that the details are taken care of properly. We’ve been with this agency for years and it’s nice to know that both our home and auto insurance is in good hands. Highly recommend this business!

Cancelled all my insurances through another company after I was quoted by them. Filled out all the paper work and started my payments. 3 months later all my policies were cancelled because of their ignorance. Something popped up that “disqualified” me from being insured. I wish Justin and the other employees would learn more about the companies that they deal with so things like this wouldn’t happen, instead of just looking to get quick money from people looking to be insured. Now I’m stuck with finding an insurance company for all my policies. Would not waste your time on this company
