I had a very kind lady when I went in to the office and the boss Tim Moss is great however upon calling in TWICE I was treated like a liar and crap and informed I couldn't get coverage for a vehicle because "SHE" didn't think it was going to sit in my yard. HELLO! I had just put in the process to switch from Owasso she didn't even know me and treated me like crap I will NEVER give them my business!
Tim has been our family's agent for over 20 years. He always gets anything we need taken care of completely & super quick :)
Great customer service from each person! They are always ready to assist you when needed! A++++
Needed to make some changes to our policy. Easy to find, located on main street in Claremore.
Friendly agents but like pretty much all insurance companies pricey. Don't let your insurance lapse. You will be screwed
