Cherie Lindsey has been my agent for 4 years and has provided me with excellent insurance advice for my home auto. She touches base with me yearly and handles any requests I have immediately. I had an emergency issue that she was very helpful in navigating the claim process. I would highly recommended her and the firm she represents.

Cherie is the best - I First, if you leave her a message she will get back to you. If you have a problem she checks it out, gets back to you with with clarification or an explanation, and best of all she gets it resolved. She's always friendly and there to help. We had our 2 homes, 2 autos and 2 life insurance policies with Cherie Lindsey's office for a couple of years. The initial customer service was awesome. She was very personable, made the entire process quick and easy and also saved us money, which was great! Once the policies were in place, the customer service was horrible. We had an auto accident. I emailed her, got no response. Had to call her office and got little to no assistance in filing the claim. About 2 months before renewal I called to see if we could review the policies to see what the new premiums would be. She told me she wouldn't have access to that information until the 3rd week of March. The 4th week of March I emailed asking for her to call me to review the policies and see if there were any changes we could make to lower

We have been with State Farm for 30+ years and decided we needed to change due to the poor customer service with had with our agent. We found Cherie and let me tell you, she’s been AMAZING! She truly cares about her clients and their needs! She’s dedicated to making sure you are covered fully in the case of an unfortunate event.
