If getting insurance were an Olympic sport, Jami Ward at Country Financial would definitely take home the gold! She made the whole process of getting our auto and home insurance so smooth, we almost thought we accidentally filled out the wrong forms. Jami somehow manages to make talking about insurance fun (yes, fun!) and she got us a great deal too. The icing on the cake was she wrote us a card that said welcome home and mailed it to us. She even called to say congratulations on closing on our home and helped us understand our new policy. Her customer service is top-notch, her sense of humor is on point, and we couldn’t be happier.
