Would not recommend. Called to get a quote at the beginning of the year, was told that we would have a meeting over the phone, no one called. Should have taken that as a sign. It's been 2 weeks, and I still didn't have an update regarding our quote, after calling, emailing, and texting. Finally called the main office and was told "were waiting to hear back". They wont tell you this but I will, it take est. 2 weeks to get a quote.

Kyle was a pleasure to deal with!! Very professional and worked hard to get me my quotes quickly. He is very knowledgeable. Priced were outstanding. I am soon to be a new member of the RCI insurance family!!

I have been working with Connie in the Pryor office. She has been extremely helpful and very patient in trying to get my homeowner’s premium at the best possible rate. I highly recommend Connie!

We had a wonderful experience with RCI Insurance Group. We had the pleasure of working with Myesha Paris in switching from one insurance group to another. She was fast in getting both home and auto quotes for us that were much better than the premiums we were paying. The switch from our old group to the new one was seamless and fast.
