The Sculley Protection Team

I’ve never written a bad Google review but I’ve been using Sculley for insurance for years. They are never available to answer questions, change policies etc. Multiple times they have not made changes to our policies that my husband and I have requested. For example, we asked them to remove our renters insurance and months later we were charge. We bought a new car and emailed over all of the information and they never added it to our policy. I asked for a homeowners insurance quote multiple times. If there’s one thing you need from your insurance company it’s reliability and protection and we’ve gotten neither from them. I continued to give them the benefit of the doubt but we will be switching.
