Customer service skills were out of this world! Worked efficiently and effectively he even worked with me with my crazy schedule. Give this man the raise he absolutely deserves immediately!!!

Professionalism and customer service of this agency or an absolute joke. Canceled auto policy 9 days ago email them following their procedure and they bill me anyway and take their payment. Would definitely stay away from. Also not one return phone call for the entire year I had my policy.

Policy was canceled due to not filling out a questionnaire that I never received. Also reached out to the company multiple times and no response. This company lacks quality customer service.

Tom is easy to work with and talk to in the process of acquiring new insurance. He made everything simple to do and understand and saved my family well over $1,000 a year. His communication and customer service skills are outstanding. We highly recommend him!

I only wish I could leave more than a 5 star review! I was in contact with so many different insurance agencies.. so many of them were pushy, trying to add unnecessary things to cost me extra money.. thankfully I reached out to this particular company, Thomas was an absolute pleasure! Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind! He found me a better rate than 30+ different places I previously spoke to! Thank God for him and his company! He got me an even better rate for our car insurance too! So now I have the best car and home insurance policy and he literally saved me HUNDREDS of dollars.. whereas the other companies gave me quotes of hundreds of dollars MORE for pretty much the exact same things!
