I was unhappy with the customer service from my last agent. I contacted Lori about changing my auto and homeowners insurance. Se was very knowledgeable and searched several ins company's for the best rate for me. She made the transition very easy. I look forward to a long business relationship.

I received a good plan with low payments every 6 months, lower than my previous plan with a different Ins. company. The customer service was perfect, they were extremely helpful and patient since I took way to long to finish paperwork and when I finally got around to it I was expecting a late fee or at least maybe a stern warning but they didn't bat an eye and were very sweet and that type of kindness is what's missing in the world.
