I came into the office and was shocked by the lack of professionalism. They had a dog that wouldn't stop barking right when you walk in and they all just laughed it off. I find it concerning they have a dog in the office, there are many people that are afraid of dogs or allergic to dogs! The front desk receptionist was friendly but she was more focused on the dog. I saw several agents there and was shocked to see one girl wearing pajamas or if not pajamas a sweat suit to work, she even had fuzzy cheetah slippers on, that is not what I am expecting when I plan to work with a agent. I expect professional dress, business casual at the least. Then add the rates, they advertise for the best home rates, and I got the worst rate from them when home shopping. I would never recommend this place.
