Mark Emsick - State Farm Insurance Agent

Maria does an amazing job creating a new customer like me. Pleasant on the phone, fast quotes and answering questions. Never met the agent Mark Emsick. However, he has talent picking great customer service reps. I will be transferring over to his agency more business.

New customer here. Maria in Mark's office has been amazing to work with. I'm not sure how other companies do things but Maria does it right. On top of that, she was able to get me in at a rate (with better coverage) that was less than half of what my rate was through progressive. 😊

Angie and all of the representatives at Mark's State Farm Agency are superb. They are so professional and always on top of their game. They make you feel like as though you are the only one the care for. Everything they take care of for me and my family is done promptly and with kindness. They are the best in Omaha!

Joey. The person who always goes above and beyond with helping with any and all needs. I have never had such outstanding service and help when it comes to being truthful and not deceiving upon trying to keep a customer. My mom and two of my brothers rave about how amazing he was, so I switch from my State Farm location whose customer service was mediocre and slightly disappointing and requested him personally to help me with questions and concerns. Don’t get me wrong, everyone who has helped me at Mark Emsick’s location off of 202nd and Veterans Drive in Elkhorn, NE has been nice and helpful, but Joey is one-of-a-kind. All I have to say is that young man deserves a raise or promotion for his hard work and dedication. Just exceptional! THANK YOU JOEY!

Allison was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She was very friendly and patient. I was extremely impressed and satisfied. Mark is lucky to have her in his office.
